The Southend Lunh Club meets monthly in Kildonan Hall. Aimed at the elderly residents from Blackwaterfoot to Kildonan it seeks to provide food and friendship . Rural isolation became apparent during covid and the lunch club was set up to improve the mental health ans well being of the elderly. We would like to develop the lunch club by organising an outing at Christmas taking the group to Lamlash for lunch and then to the matinee of the Arran Christmas Panto.
