We run a team of 33 boys/girls aged 10 and train/play out of the fantastic facility at Kilwinning Football Academy’s Academy Park. Our aim as always with the kids is not only to develop them into great young footballers but for them to be the best version of themselves. We train twice a week and have the opportunity to offer a 3rd session at better u gym in Kilwinning offering the kids guidance on some strength and conditioning and the impact it has on them as they grow/develop.

Projected costs are £320 per month to give the kids 1 session per week at better u gym in Kilwinning and if funding application is successful would give the kids 3 months worth of sessions covered at no cost removing that barrier straight away and allowing the kids to see the overall health benefits inc general fitness, mental health and how it can impact the sport they all love to play wk in wk out.
Location: This project can change the mindset of soo many young kids. These are kids that could get the opportunity to totally change their mindset under the proper guidance of Michelle. The big factor for a lot of parents these days is costs of the extra session and travelling involved meaning kids are missing out. We don’t want kids missing out on opportunities within a team environment so the PB fund would make such a big difference.
