Mindful Makers’ regular group meetings address adult loneliness using mindfulness, crafting and a book group to support mental health and promote a sense of achievement, wellbeing and community.

We are looking to revamp our outdoor garden area to include seating for the local community to use. We are also looking to purchase raised beds to grown our own fruit and vegetables which would then be donated to local families and the community larder within Hayocks Community Centre
