We are a group of residents within a Sheltered Housing complex who hope to provide social events within the complex to bring people together and help prevent social isolation. 

Ardrossan Indoor Bowls Club has a large function suite which, outwith funeral teas, is unused during the day since the closure of its Cafe. It does offer a Community Corner where there are facilities to exchange books, use games such as cards, dominoes and board games and some craft materials. We would love to expand this and also offer it to be used as a Warm Hub, during the Winter. People from the 3 Towns could call in and be provided with hot drinks and soup and sandwiches.

We are a toddler group for families with children under three years. We provide parent and child sessions to promote friendships and a sharing of experiences among adults, and activities to promote the wellbeing of babies and children. The group members have the opportunity to engage in activities that might not be available to them. The group is open three mornings per week, we use a large hall for active play and snack, small hall for activities and an early years room for baby activities .

Community Hub of Hope, is a safe haven for anyone seeking support with mental health, battling loneliness, or nurturing their overall well-being. Our community offers a compassionate space for open conversations and attentive listening. The project supports people living with dementia to enjoy 1-2-1 befriending, provide companionship within their home, or attend one of our dementia wellbeing cafes.

IMC Community Fridge first started in 2021 to provide food the local community who were most in need. Based in Springvale Street, Saltcoats we are in the heart of the local community where many are facing food insecurities for a number of reasons. Dignified access to nutritious food is our main priority and meeting the needs of the local community.
