The day Kilwinning comes together in McGavin Park, Picnic in the Park. The second Thursday in August, try ir sessions, family entertainment, services promoting themselves and music on stage. Free activities and some paid for activities at a one price wristband to assist with affordability and inclusion.

This year as a local community centre we would like to offer families an opportunity to have breakfast with Santa free of charge to help in times of the cost of living crisis. We live in an area identified as being of multiple deprivation and some of the children and young people in our area have limited financial resources. We would love to build community spirit by offering a breakfast with Santa for free.

A Christmas Social event to bring all of our groups together, a bingo machine, books and markers so that we can fundraise throughout the year.

We are currently setting up a community shed where people can meet for a chat, work on creative projects, and learn new skills

Kilwinning Litter Pickers operate across Kilwinning carrying out community litter picking as individuals and working with community partners like Kilwinnibg Sports club, kilwinning beavers, scouts and local schools. The grant is to restock with more litter pickers for community clean ups and loaning to individuals to adopt an area.
