Summary

Rosearden is used by over 25 groups based in the Garnock Valley, including Syrian refugees, learning to speak English, north Ayrshire council youth groups as well as many retirees, who in particular require a warm meeting place, especially in the winter. The ever increasing running costs are a burden,We are in a situation if we increase our rents. The fewer groups will not be able to afford the costs.

We have calculated we require a minimum of £2598 just to run as last year, However the energy companies have intimated increased costs, which are worrying,

so our water, £511.78, gas, £ 1967.28 and electricity £599.25, costs are increasing, as well as refuse etc
