It’s time to bring back Citizen of the Year to the great volunteers that work tirelessly throughout the year in Beith. Citizen of the Year is a time to boost and bring the community together to celebrate and give recognition to not only Citizen of the Year but to also recognise The Organisation of the Year and Young Persons Contribution of the Year. It is a vehicle to attract new volunteers to the community through promoting the benefits of volunteering. The funding will help to cover the costs

We would like to host 2 networking events to raise the profile of Irvine Community Council and other voluntary organisations of Irvine.

We are looking for funding to provide t-shirts to existing club members and to offer them to new members as a way of building community, fostering healthy exercise and good mental health in an inclusive setting.

We are a third sector Early Years Centre based in West Kilbride with access to a large garden and forest area. Our aim is to get our children outside as much as possible in the nursery day. This has proved to greatly enhance their mental and physical wellbeing but it can mean that we are out in all weathers given the Scottish climate. We are looking to try to make our children and staff as comfortable as possible whilst outside so that passing showers or the colder weather is easier to brave.

Irvine Clean Up Crew are an established environmentally focussed community group. We want to raise our engagement with schools and community groups to help with our group’s goal of a litter free Irvine.

Garnock valley community concert band , practices weekly in garnock community campus, and performs local community concerts , as well as competing at national level successfully .

SeaSalt Streets wishes to build on the success of its one-off pop-up events. On this occasion the group would like to hold a SMOOTHIE SPECTACULAR where healthy milk, fruit and syrup smoothies are individually created by peddling a smoothie bike which have a blender attachment !! The participants, of all ages, can choose and make their own creation. Theŕe will also have the opportunity to "milk a cow" A life-size model cow with water dispensing teats !!! A fantastic one-off opportunity for all.
