We are residents of Saltcoats High Flats and meet on a weekly basis. We are an older community of people with a varying mobility needs and general abilities. Many of us live by ourselves. We created our afternoon club to foster community spirit, reduce isolation and help each other out. We would like to apply for funding to help with days out.

Mindful Makers’ regular group meetings address adult loneliness using mindfulness, crafting and a book group to support mental health and promote a sense of achievement, wellbeing and community.
