IMC Community Fridge first started in 2021 to provide food the local community who were most in need. Based in Springvale Street, Saltcoats we are in the heart of the local community where many are facing food insecurities for a number of reasons. Dignified access to nutritious food is our main priority and meeting the needs of the local community.

Shutter Bugs are a group of enthusiastic photographers, based in the Three Towns. Coming together to share knowledge and experience of photography and the art of taking pictures. Open to people of all abilities. Phone users to digital camera users all are welcome

The number of participants and young people has grown this year and there is an urgent requirement for more microphones so that everyone can be heard.

Argyle Community Shop operates on a Wednesday from 11am - 4pm supporting local households with access to food and a holistic range of supports to manage the cost of living crisis. We are open to all residents of Saltcoats who can provide proof of address and give a warm, friendly welcome to everyone who comes along.

The project supports people living with dementia to enjoy 1-2-1 befriending, provide companionship within their home, or attend one of our dementia wellbeing cafes.

3TFM plays hundreds of pieces of music to the 3 Towns and beyond every day. A new laptop to store our music on would mean a broader range of tunes and more seamless presentation .

We cater for over 50 community members (45 active members) providing social interaction through Bingo, Quizzes, Lunches, Dances, Christmas Dinners and Trips.

Our community offers a compassionate space for open conversations and attentive listening.
