We would like to further enhance our food larder to provide fresh fruit and vegetables twice weekly over the Winter period.

We are a group of people within Montgomery Court Sheltered Housing complex that provide lunch clubs and social events for residents and the wider community, to bring people together and help reduce social isolation. Since last year's application, we have spent almost £3000 on the group activities and £1000 would make a big difference towards our group.

We are looking for help funding new equipment as well as hall rent and clothing for club members

Setting up of solar-panel power source to charge communal equipment as currently members are taking rechargeable batteries home to charge

We would like to provide a serviced toilet facility at Dalry Community Garden

We are a 100% voluntary group made up of about 20 people who come off and on with about 10 regular guys. We maintain the woodlands for all to use and enjoy. With conservation and re-wilding in mind we work with that always in mind.

It’s time to bring back Citizen of the Year to the great volunteers that work tirelessly throughout the year in Beith. Citizen of the Year is a time to boost and bring the community together to celebrate and give recognition to not only Citizen of the Year but to also recognise The Organisation of the Year and Young Persons Contribution of the Year. It is a vehicle to attract new volunteers to the community through promoting the benefits of volunteering. The funding will help to cover the costs

The aims over the next 12 months are to encourage more interest in our association and to promote environmental projects within the grounds of Lochshore Park.
