Citizen of the Year is a time to boost and bring the community together to celebrate and give recognition to not only Citizen of the Year but to also recognise The Organisation of the Year and Young Persons Contribution of the Year. It is a vehicle to attract new volunteers to the community through promoting the benefits of volunteering. The funding will help to cover the costs

We are here to support and enhance mental health and wellbeing of women in and around Dalry, reducing loneliness and social isolation by building meaningful connections and experiences.
Bridgend Cancer Support Group

Bridgend Cancer Support Group helps the community, members and their families deal with the emotional scars during and after a cancer diagnosis. We provide a safe place for them to share their feelings and allows them to hear from other people in similar situations and how they overcame challenges they may have faced. Tea and Coffee are now provided and no-one is turned away if living in a different area.
PLACE WOODLANDS KILBIRNIE

We are a 100% voluntary group made up of about 20 people who come off and on with about 10 regular guys. We maintain the woodlands for all to use and enjoy. With conservation and re-wilding in mind we work with that always in mind.
