We are a group of people within Montgomery Court Sheltered Housing complex that provide lunch clubs and social events for residents and the wider community, to bring people together and help reduce social isolation. Since last year's application, we have spent almost £3000 on the group activities and £1000 would make a big difference towards our group.

The She Shed is a safe, friendly place to make friends, share and learn new activities , or just come by for a chat and a cuppa! We are here to support and enhance mental health and wellbeing of women in and around Dalry, reducing loneliness and social isolation by building meaningful connections and experiences.

It’s time to bring back Citizen of the Year to the great volunteers that work tirelessly throughout the year in Beith. Citizen of the Year is a time to boost and bring the community together to celebrate and give recognition to not only Citizen of the Year but to also recognise The Organisation of the Year and Young Persons Contribution of the Year. It is a vehicle to attract new volunteers to the community through promoting the benefits of volunteering. The funding will help to cover the costs
