The She Shed is a safe, friendly place to make friends, share and learn new activities , or just come by for a chat and a cuppa! We are here to support and enhance mental health and wellbeing of women in and around Dalry, reducing loneliness and social isolation by building meaningful connections and experiences.

Following the reduction in Streetscene's budget, there are a number of maintenance issues that need to be addressed by the community. This application will give us a budget to arrange these works in conjunction with other local groups.

We are a 100% voluntary group made up of about 20 people who come off and on with about 10 regular guys. We maintain the woodlands for all to use and enjoy. With conservation and re-wilding in mind we work with that always in mind.

We are a group of people within Montgomery Court Sheltered Housing complex that provide lunch clubs and social events for residents and the wider community, to bring people together and help reduce social isolation. Since last year's application, we have spent almost £3000 on the group activities and £1000 would make a big difference towards our group.
