We are a group of people within Montgomery Court Sheltered Housing complex that provide lunch clubs and social events for residents and the wider community, to bring people together and help reduce social isolation. Since last year's application, we have spent almost £3000 on the group activities and £1000 would make a big difference towards our group.

Dalry Community Sports Club are looking to run a series of free Community Cinema events in Dalry Community Centre to bring the community together and to help combat social isolation issues.

It’s time to bring back Citizen of the Year to the great volunteers that work tirelessly throughout the year in Beith. Citizen of the Year is a time to boost and bring the community together to celebrate and give recognition to not only Citizen of the Year but to also recognise The Organisation of the Year and Young Persons Contribution of the Year. It is a vehicle to attract new volunteers to the community through promoting the benefits of volunteering. The funding will help to cover the costs

Following the reduction in Streetscene's budget, there are a number of maintenance issues that need to be addressed by the community. This application will give us a budget to arrange these works in conjunction with other local groups.
