We would like to have an afternoon tea for our members. All funds raised would go towards this. An award of £750 would be greatly appreciated.

Irvine Clean Up Crew are an established environmentally focussed community group. We want to raise our engagement with schools and community groups to help with our group’s goal of a litter free Irvine.

The Vennel Friends Irvine Discovery Group are based at the Vennel Gardens Engagement Hub. The group has been active since May 2023 and has 15 registered members. The group offers a social setting with the opportunity for participants to complete the Discovery Award, comprising of the bronze, silver and gold levels. The Group aims to enhance the lives of all those over 50 years of age and to provide an incentive, through personal challenges, to lead a happy, healthy, and active life.

Formed in 2022 and constituted earlier this year, we are a group of volunteers who survey the core path network in Eglinton Country Park and identify problem areas affecting accessibility. We primarily improve paths where there is flooding and cut back branches and bushes along borders to help make paths accessible for all park users.

Curryoke Night . Friends of Trindlemoss is a group made up of parents, family, carers and people with learning disabilities who access Trindlemoss Day opportunities. The group was formed to fund raise money to purchase equipment, raise money for outing that gives people with learning disabilities new experiences like recently some of the group had a speed boat experience. The group will hold events throughout the year and the parents will have the opportunity to meet and build friendships.

Irvine and District Pipe Band are looking for funding to continue our great program of free tuition to anyone who wants to learn either the bagpipes or drums associated with Scottish music.
