Irvine Horticultural Society put on the annual Marymass Flower Show and we are seeking funding to help run the Marymass Flower Show 2025 along with some introduction to horticulture sessions.

Coffee and Connect

Children 1st staff is applying on behalf of group. Our coffee and connect group was originally created by Children 1st at the start of 2023 after they were successful in money for their local community. The reason for the group was because parents and carers felt like there was no opportunity to connect with others in their area. Since then, we have grown into a consistent and strong group who meet on a weekly basis at Children 1st space in Bourtreehill. We all have our own family story

Irvine and District Pipe Band are looking for funding to continue our great program of free tuition to anyone who wants to learn either the bagpipes or drums associated with Scottish music.
Castlepark Sewing Group

The aim of the knitting and sewing group is to make fidget muffs and fidget aprons/ blankets for people with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. These are helpful for local nursing homes such as Cumbrae Lodge who give these to residents to help keep them calm and occupied.
Irvine seniors forum open information day

An open information day with stalls from local and national organisations giving information on benefits, activities, health and social care, energy and much more. Keynote speaker on a current topic related to older people, entertainment and lunch.
Irvine Clean Up Crew School and Community Programme

Irvine Clean Up Crew are an established environmentally focussed community group. We want to raise our engagement with schools and community groups to help with our group’s goal of a litter free Irvine.
