Proposed on behalf of: The Umbrella Project, which brings together people with isolation and loneliness issues, worked with the pupils of Glebe Primary and members of the congregation to begin to establish a garden by planting and growing vegetables and flowers last year. This brought together those groups and produced wonderful results both horticulturally and on a friendship level with the older group passing on advice to the younger generation and they in turn bringing many smiles to the older generation. We have all three groups eager to start again in the spring and want to recreate this result in 2023 as we make plans and put then into action.
